general conditions of each tour or
package are as indicated in the itinerary of
the tour
or package requested.
Confirmation:
The comfirmation of your request will be done
within 24 hours ;we kindly ask you to inform us
if you did not get answers within this period.
For special demand as special food menu:
Diet, bio or HALAL
; special rooms: lake view,
mountain view....,it will be subject to availibility
upon request
and written confirmed by supplier.
Visas:
SWISSTORS GmbH do not give any visa's
support as it is the traveller's responsibility.
